Papercraft- miniature retro synthesizers

Dan McPharlin is an Australian designer and illustrator that makes synthesizers out of paper. These tiny synthesizers and recording papercraft were made with pieces of paper, framing mat board, string, rubber bands and cardboard. He is widely known for his retro sci-fi illustration work that appears on album covers and prints. They are show in everything from art shows to editorial spread in magazines like Esquire. They are objects that are not ment to to be exact replicas or recreations of real life devices, but to show attributes in the audio technology from the 70's and 80's.
